Tesco – Burn’s Sampling Tour
Number one for local
With a proposition to be “number one for local”, Tesco wanted to support and promote some of Scotland’s finest producers in the lead up to Burns Night.
We stepped in, enlisting the expertise of eleven top-quality suppliers from across Scotland including MacSween, Whyte and Mackay and Mackie’s of Scotland
Together with a live piper and a man-sized haggis, we set off on a tour of Tesco stores throughout January with live cookery demonstrations, food sampling and recipe booklets.
Customer engagement was great, with sampling being well received and the producers were impressed with the customer feedback and the resulting sales.
