We were approached by Donaldson Timber Engineering, the biggest and most well-established manufacturer of structural timber components in the United Kingdom, to develop a new brand to support an identified business opportunity to provide instant pricing and an easier user experience, without the need to speak to a technical expert.
The brief was to develop and launch a new brand that designs, manufactures and delivers roof trusses in 5 working days, in the most simple and convenient way for customers.
We developed the brand architecture and identity, keeping the offering separate from the existing Donaldson Timber Engineering brand, with a link back to the Donaldson Group to reassure customers they are buying from a trusted source. The brand identity was developed to communicate the core offering and USPs.
Prior to launch a website was built with an instant quote configurator, as well as core branded sales assets.
