1. Ceteris Business Survey competition is open to entry for those who complete the Business Survey Wider Community (https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/57VDCD9) and Business Community – Clackmannanshire (https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9TXMF6R) survey’s only.
2. The survey’s will be distributed via the Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Small Businesses and Ceteris customer databases only.
3. To enter, the questionnaire must be completed in full and an email address provided.
4. There will only be one winner, receiving one prize only.
5. The winner will be randomly selected from all entrants.
6. The winner will receive one £100 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative will be given.
7. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Ceteris or Denvir Marketing, their family, and any other person directly connected with either of these businesses.
8. Only one entry per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted.
9. Competition entry closes at 23:59 on 04/07/19. Entries after this date and time will not be considered.
10. Winner will be announced by email by 31/07/19.
11. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the competition entry.
12. All competition entrants and participants warrant, undertake and agree that the Promoter has the right to publish the entrant’s name if requested to do so by other entrant.
13. Prizes need to be accepted within seven days.
14. If the winner does not claim their prize within seven days of notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
15. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed.
16. The prizes are non-transferable.
